Quick and simple Spanish seafood dish that can be added to and adapted to suit your needs by adding vegetables, garlic, herbs etc you can bulk it out add colour and flavour all at once. We usually serve with a green salad on the side.

This is a good Coleslaw Dressing and only takes a few minutes to make.
This rack is divided into 8 sections and cooked with one bottle of BBQ sauce and 1/2 bottle of dark beer.
I made this when I couldn't find anything new to make with chicken.
Set it and forget it! This is delicious and it's easy to tailor to your liking. Choose mild taco seasoning and salsa and omit the jalapenos if you don't like spicy food (or substitute green bell pepper for the jalapeno). Choose medium/hot taco seasoning and salsa if you like spicy food. Even sprinkle some dried chili flakes into the slow cooker if you want added heat.
This recipe makes enough to serve for a crowd but is easy to cut in half and just use 1 tenderloin.
Serving options are limitless...wrap in a whole grain tortilla with low-fat cheese and rice, put over a salad with avocado, pair it with your favorite hot sauce and eat it by itself...it's delicious. Enjoy.

This is a fresh and delicious Italian summer salad
Combine all ingredients and marinate fish for at least an hour.
Grill on hot barbecue until well carmelized on both sides.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
