I found this in a Disney Cookbook years ago when my kids were younger and its been a family favorite since. You can adjust it by making it with ground chicken or turkey. You may even wish to use brown sugar Splenda.

I cook this in the crockpot and the chicken just falls apart which is easily to pull or chop into small pieces after work. I serve it with a half of cup of brown rice which is not figured into calories. Garnish with cilantro and serve with a salad.
This is my favorite way to eat fish! The fish is baked in it's own packets, so it always produces a flavorful, moist, delicious piece of fish. If you don't have Tilapia you could use any white fish.
My taco/burrito mix. Top with ff sour cream, tomatoes, spinach, onion and salsa as desired.

This is just a quick side for dinner...its EASY and tastes good! I did this one night because we were out of garlic toast to go with spaghetti and it turned out pretty good...my hubby is always asking for "ghetto garlic toast" with dinner...i no longer buy the frozen stuff. This is better for us anyways.
