Dinner Recipes (Most Popular)
This is a low-sodium modified version of a recipe that was on the back of a Pacific Filet brand Salmon package.
I found this recipe someplace online over a year ago and tweaked it to taste. VERY EASY, very juicy and goes great with green beans and applesauce.
I "eye-ball" measure when I cook this sort of thing, so the measurements given for the marinade ingredients should be to your taste (but DON'T use less Hoison than listed- this is the main taste of the dish!)
This has become the recipe everyone who comes over for dinner wants me to make....and it is SO EASY!
(BTW-you can find Hoison sauce in the asian area of your grocery store-it will be by the soy sauce, teriyaki and other asian sauces and seasonings)
My husband claims this marinade makes skinless chicken breasts taste like a good cut of steak. I'm not so sure about tasting like steak, but this is deffinitely not a boring ol' slab of grilled chicken. Moist and tender with loads of flavor. They even taste good reheated the next day. Oh and the nutritional info isn't exactly acurate because you don't actually eat all of the marinade but I'm not sure how to make it acurate.

The short cooking time and light feel of this dish make it a classy dinner. Drinking the rest of the wine with dinner is a nice compliment to the meal. Eat this dish as a soup or over rice or pasta, either way, its delicious.
A good use of the left over turkey from Thanksgiving or just to have at any time.
