(not really sure I condone that this is healthy!)
Milk with unsweetened cocoa, stevia sweetener and just a touch of chocolate syrup, made by the litre (4 cups)
Very high in vitamins A & C and a good source of calcium, iron and fiber.
Calling all juicers! This makes a wonderful juice to help you wake up in the morning!
Eggnog isn't just for Christmas - it's delicious year 'round! Made with raw dairy and pastured eggs and sweetened with maple syrup, it is loaded with healthy fats, fat-soluble vitamins, minerals, and a good dose of protein. Makes a smashing smoothie base as well!
Do NOT use "store eggs" (even those labeled "organic" or "free-range") for this recipe. If you cannot get true-free-range/pastured eggs from a known and trusted source, I suggest making a cooked eggnog for safety's sake.
This is good to serve with tortilla chips and garnish with cheese, sour cream and avocado (not calculated in calories).
I drink this every morning before and after my workout!
The lemon and apple cut the "green" taste just enough to make it really tasty. Every now and then I will add in Kale and add some ginger just to change it up a bit.
Tastes like a cinnamon roll...substitute vanilla whey protein for the chocolate and it tastes even better
A delicious thick healthy meal replacement shake
