I got creative with my rice today. It turned out good.
I had to build the recipe to log the calories.
The flavor of India- Garam Masala, an aromatic Indian spice blend.

Tandori is a combination spice, much like curry is a combination; lightly spicy flavor.
Okra or Lady's finger is cooked with tomatos and garlic in sunflower oil ( you can also use Olive oil ) It is not too dry and neither too soggy. Its delicious with naan or chapati or pita bread.
everyone loves chicken tikka masala but heavy cream is a no no for dieting. That's why for this curry you won't need cream, only yoghurt :-)
My husband says this is the best chicken he has ever tasted, homemade or restaurant. For 340 calories, that's not bad! You can easily adjust the spices to make it spicier or sweeter, depending on your tastes. It takes 20 minutes to prep, mostly to chop the onion, and then you just pop it in the crockpot and ignore it til dinnertime!
