Recipe didn't call for capers but I must have done something wrong because it felt like I was lacking for sure. I added the capers and it made the magic happen.

Pound out chicken so it is flat. Dip chicken into milk and then in bread crumbs. Put onto greased baking sheet and bake for 45 min - 1 hour.

Cook spaghetti noodles while chicken is baking. Drain. Put chicken on noodles and top with sauce and cheese.

Serve this easy Italian favorite with a green salad.

Thsi looked really good so I thought I'd share. There isn't any actual ziti or pasta in it, even though the title says"ziti". I copied the recipe amounts as they were shown on the website, but I'd probably double them since the calorie count is so low.
