Grissini are easy to flavor: Add 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary to the dough. Or add freshly cracked black pepper, thyme, caraway or other spices or herbs. Or sprinkle the grissini with sea salt or other specialty salt just before baking.
Be sure to rinse and drain the artichoke hearts or substitute with a pound of fresh asparagus tips. Scallops may also be substituted for the shrimp.
This recipe was originally posted on Real Simple's site. I adapted it for a lower-fat lifestyle by using lower fat cheeses. You can also have it as a main dish and add either lean ground beef or extra lean white meat ground turkey.
I absolutely love the taste of tiramisu cream, but I'm not a big fan of coffee. So, I experimented with a few different things until I found a flavor that I did like in it. Now I've changed the recipe to reduce the calorie content.

I love this recipe. It's quick and easy. You can also add whatever you want. Change it up every time. These are just my preferences. I love a hearty salad.
