Needed a change with lunch, this will give you energy and help with your muscles with all the potassium. This is great bar to take on hikes. These bars are soft and normal recipe calls for 12, but I got 24 of them by cutting the bars to normal brownie size bar. Top these bad boys with peanut butter and you got heaven!!
