I make these burritos all of the time for my family--it multiplies quickly and can be preped the night before to microwave at work or in the morning. I also use the bean combination as a salad topping, sometimes, with extra salsa, warmed up.
These are hearty, moist, packed with goodness and super tasty! My daughter adores them ~ they freeze well and can just be popped into the toaster for easy, healthy breakfast or snack!

These are super yummy and nutritious. And only 90 calories each! Plus add any toppings you want. I like flax seeds, sunflower seeds and other things like that. They're also great for breakfast because having 2 is like having a bowl of oatmeal on the go.

Add some blueberries, banana or lemon and poppy seeds to make your favourite muffins. And less than 100 Calories each. You'll need to add a few calories depending on what you add.
