Tried this recipe with Orange Roughy and it was AMAZING!!! And pretty easy too! I can't wait to try it on Halibut or Cod! I also added a little cayenne and Old Bay Seasoning for a little extra kick! Then we served it over some jasmine rice I made some garlic and cayenne sauteed shrimp to go with it! You'll LOVE it!!!
