This is bistecca fiorentina, one of Italy’s most famous beef dishes. Can be a great low carb meal if you omit the tortillas or use low carb tortillas. I serve these fajitas over cauliflower rice.
Just as good or bette than the pre-made & resturant versions! And only 1 Carb & 29 grams of Protein!
Delicious and easy...just chop the veggies, pop it in the slow cooker and go! This also makes a TON of servings, and is good served as a sandwich later.
