Original recipe calls for 1/8 cup chopped chicken, but we like it without it. We also substituted fat free half and half for regular half and half.

I cooked this in a slowcooker. I'm sure it could be prepared in the same manner and baked. I'd start with the oven at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Checking it at 30 minutes. Also depends on how big the chix breasts are.
If you don't like spicy but you like flavor, you'll love these. Simple and delicious! One serving is big and it leaves enough calories for sour cream!:)

This recipe is always a hit. I was limited in entering ingredients so please look at the ingredients in my list and notice they are a little different than the nutritional info. The actual ingredient list bring the fat grams down to 9 per serving. The original recipe came from a fitness magazine, but, I can't say which one because I just cut the recipe out and have been using it for a few years.
A very "Americanized" version of enchiladas made Lasagna style! But scrumptious nonetheless, and tastes way worse for you than it is! A real treat, and kids (and husbands) love it!!
This is recipe I made up on my own. I wasn't able to find these ingredients mixed together on the internet, so I decided they'd go good together. Combine all ingredients(except tortillas and cheese) in slow cooker and cook 8-10 hours.
