It's been in the family tradition and it's one of my favorites! It's goes great with white rice or even brown rice :) You can also add a bit of salt to taste once it's served. Simple and Good Recipe.

very easy taco soup. I don't really like soups, but this was good. I didn't add a lot of water, so mine was more of a stew.
Chili Powder, cumin, red eppper and garlic rub these flavorful chos just the right way.
This dish was inspired by a meal I had at Chili's.
I wasn't sure what to call this. I eat it sometimes in a bowl with some lite sour cream, scallions and fat free cheese. Other times I fill low carb tortillas and make delicious burritos. I use Hot Rotel in mine, you can use regular tomatoes if you don't like it spicy.
This is one of those recipes that works well after a work day or for when you have company. It's goes together easily and can be garnished with sour cream or yogurt. You can also garnish with cheese if you prefer.
