Tasty Light Fish Tacos, Full of flavor and spice with no Calorie or Fat guilt!
**Use 1 Lb of Talipa, and 1 packet or Taco Mix.**
Played with a "back of the label" recipe to reduce calories and add some vegis and fiber. My two boys really enjoyed this.
Taco night is one of my family's favorites. This recipe came about because: 1) I needed to make tacos go further; and 2) I wanted even the picky ones to get their veggies. There's no huge breakthrough, except you get a serving of vegetables for every 2 tacos, BEFORE adding the condiments!
An easy casserole dish. Top with salsa for a great meal.
A delicious and quick soup. Adjust the heat to your taste by using mild or spicy salsa.
Seasoned ground beef & vegetables are spooned over instant , homemade polenta. Top with cheese (optional) , salsa, & cilantro.
Precook chicken breast or used canned. Add 2 oz chicken to center of each tortilla. Top with about 1/3 of 1/4 cup of cheese. Roll up and place in baking dish. Pour 1 can enchilada sauce over enchiladas. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until hot. May sprinkle with extra cheese.
