This is the BEST meatless chili I've ever had. I don't remember where we got the recipe, but it cooks up very quick and is great on cold days. The texture of the bulgar completely covers the fact that there's not meat.
My very serious meat eating husband even loves it.

Need a little cornbread to crumble into your bean soup? Yum yumm! You can add 1/2c sugar if you like sweet cornbread, but I left it out in the nutritional calculations. This is VERY low sodium!

Wheat and practicly carb free, these cheese chips are great for dipping or use instead of crackers.
I make my own guacamole with the avocado by just adding garlic salt and chili powder to taste. You could lessen the sodium if you used your own spices too.
