If you love chocolate chip cookies... look no further!
Red velvet lovers rejoice! Now you can enjoy your favorite rich flavor at breakfast. This is the perfect morning meal for a special occasion!
This a remade grilled cheese and french fry meal from any typical restaurant. I love grilled cheese but it typically has no nutritional value as it's just bread and cheese! The beans in this re-made grilled cheese add fiber and protein. The brown mustard adds a glue to cheese and gives the sandwich an unexpected tang! The sweet potatoes are much better than normal white potatoes and they are roasted in the oven instead of deep fried. The nutritional information will change based on the brands you use - I am entering the brands I used obviously!
FYI - I've also made this with plain beans that I spiced up myself with a little salsa and mexican spices and then mashed. Feel free to do that if you don't have or like refried beans!
Easy, 4 ingredient, chicken dish that requires very little prep time and practically cooks by itself.
This is a good and easy pasta sauce. You can cook it for 20 to 60 minutes, the longer the better. This goes GREAT with spaghetti squash.
Paneer is a kind of fresh Indian cheese. It is simple to make and I personally find it as delicious as cheddar or mozzarella.
A tasty treat made with bananas, peanut butter, and honey! This ends up looking just like frozen banana ice cream!
This is not just a breakfast meal. My family loves eating this meal any time during the day.
From the Kitchen of Camille Engel... My friends and family LOVE this recipe. It is great served alongside chicken or salmon. Serve it as a dip with tortilla chips (or jicama slices for a no-grain healthy dipper.)
Wonderful to eat as finger food or when you need a side dish you can throw in the oven and forget about.
My very favorite way to eat cold oats. Make sure you use the mini chocolate chips, because that way you get some chocolate with every bite. The coconut extract is crucial to this recipe--well worth keeping a little bottle of it around!
Very easy, very healthy, and MUCH more flavorful than other low-fat chili recipes! Don't be scared away by the longer list of ingredients. All of the spices are dried, easy-to-use, and you probably already have them in your pantry. The few extra minutes are WORTH it!
