This came out great but the quantities are based on whatever vegetables we had in the fridge. You may have more, less or different veggies to add. The most important items are the seasonings: soy sauce, white wine, orange juice, and roasted garlic. We also used olive oil to saute all the veggies.
You may add a serving of lo mein; not included above.

I most often make this dish in autumn-- it's flavors are especially fitting for that season-- but it is delicious all year round. Great with ham or glazed pork!
