These meatballs are a great way to get you're complex carbs and protein at the same time, all in one neat little meatball. The best thing is you can eat them any time of day. Just cook, and serve. You can also freeze them for later. They are get on the go. I love them for breakfast instead of sausage.

This is a very easy recipe and tastes great, especially left over!
This is a simple supper that is not only delicious, but also good for you! Miso broth poaches the chicken and steams the broccoli that rests on top of it, preventing it from being overcooked. The chicken can be served in shallow bowls on udon or soba noodles with some of the broth and broccoli.
Super moist and delicious muffins! Can be frozen (after cooling completely) for a quick snack to take on the go.
This is just something that I threw together the other day, but it turned out really good! It would also be a great veggie meal, just leave out the chicken!
This is a very simple dish to make, throw all the raw/frozen ingredients into a crockpot, set it on low and come back in 6-7 hours!
I make these with the Splenda sugar baking blend to cut down on the sugar. No one in my family could tell the difference.
