mix together goat cheese, garlic (minced), and rosemary.
stuff chicken breast with goat cheese mixture. bake at 375 for around 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees in the thickest part of the meat (not the stuffing temp). Let rest for 10 minutes to allow chicken to come up to temperature (165) and retain its moisture.
