Cassoulet is typically meat-heavy with some vegetables. This version is vegetable-heavy with some meat. I also made a vegetarian version by replacing the meat with some imitation-meat.

I found this online at howstuffworks.com The recipe also included raita but I used my own recipe for that. A real keeper.
Delicious and easy main dish! Note: Nutritional info calculated is if you use ALL of the egg whites and chicken coating mixture, but you should have some of it left after coating the chicken breasts, so the nutritional counts will be lower than indicated by the recipe calculator.
This is such a comforting, hearty soup that, if you like spicy, will satisfy you as well as clear your sinuses. :-)
This is my knockoff of the Spinach Feta Wrap that you can get at Starbuck's...but healthier. Grilling the tortilla makes it seem a lot more "guilty" than it is. This is an easy recipe full of flavor with low cholesterol and high protein.
This is lighter tasting than most stir fry dishes I've had in restaurants. With rice, it's a satisfying meal.
I combined 2 recipes contributed by Sparkpeople members (Seasoned Red Potatoes by Ericasimps & Red Pepper & Lemon baked Chicken by QLRLMB05) to make this dish. I used red, green & yellow bell peppers. This dish has a very tangy, meditteranean flavor - wonderful! Thanks to ericasimps & QLRLMB05 for the original recipes!
Low carb, very tasty and very easy to make!! I have had WLS so use chicken thighs because they are so moist but chicken breast can be used. It is up to you as to whether you remove the skin and/or the bone but this will affect the nutritional info.
