A great recipe for some incredible rolls. These are great for deli sandwiches, hot roast beef, or even just as a light snack. They taste very much like a traditional soft pretzel.

Bok choy cooked sous vide always ensures a well-cooked meal. Sesame Bok Choy uses several common Asian ingredients, such as ginger, soy sauce, and sesame seeds, to create a complex sauce that coats the bok choy. Plus, there's no cleanup, since you don’t need to use a pan for any part of the process. For a spicier dish, you can add some sriracha or other hot sauce to the sous vide bag.
I was looking for a way to use up some strawberries I had bought in bulk before they went bad. I found tons of recipes for freezer jam but I had no pectin. I came across a similar recipe, but it called for way too much sugar!! So I improvised!! And I must say this turned out pretty well..This recipe makes a jam that is more the consistency of a fruit spread. If you want you can also mash the berries or put the mixture in a food processor to "spread" out the strawberries a little more! Enjoy!
This recipe makes for an elegant, creamy, veggie side. Good for those who are not veggie lovers.
