I love this as a quick healthy breakfast. I use a Magic Bullet to make this but you can use a blender also.
Delicious Keto Pizza that will satisfy your pizza craving but won't break your Diet Bank. Enjoy!
** Make sure you have Parchment paper, you will need it for this recipe
This is by no means low-fat, but I created this when I was trying to figure out something satisfying that I could take to the movies with me that wouldn't leave me feeling cheated out of my favorite bad-for-you-drenched-in-butter-popcorn and milk chocolate M&Ms. While it is not low-fat, the fat it does contain is mostly mono- and poly-unsaturated ("good-for-you" fats) thanks to the nuts and semisweet chocolate.
Forget those expensive and often nasty-tasting store-bought shakes! Make a pitcher of your own tasty and nutritious protein drink, ready when you are!
These are yummy. Still have fat, carbs, and sugar, but low in saturated fat.
A "Taste of Home" recipe. I changed the caraway to dill though because I don't care for caraway in bread.
This recipe is super easy and super flexible. You can use any brand of cake mix (spice and carrot cake are some favorites) and success has been reported with gluten free and reduced sugar mixes as well.
Creamy yet tangy shrimp dip!
Please note that the nutritional values are for the dip only & don't include any crackers served with this.
Not too sweet, not too tart creamy smoothie that's perfect for a hot summer afternoon, or any time!
TIP: I spoon each serving into a separate sealable containers & then place them in the freezer. I'll then grab one in the morning for my lunchbox & it's thawed enough to eat by lunchtime!
For a quick pick-me-up when you feel yourself getting "hangry" or hitting a slump in the afternoon.
Got this out of a recent Hungry Girl email and it looked super yummy so giving it a try!
This recipe is adapted from a recipe by Lois Gordon I found on Allrecipes years ago. I have slightly healthified it by using partly whole wheat flour, changing the original vegetable oil to coconut oil, and adapted it for mini muffins. You could go even further by using nonfat yogurt, fully whole grain flour, and a smaller amount of mini chocolate chips.
