Very good recipe from Nestle. Really rich and high in calories so not many are needed, but they make wonderful gifts.
This is a great hot apetizer and you can make it as hot as you want by adjusting the "temperature" of the ingredients you put in - and you do it in a crock pot so how easy is that!?
Simply cottage cheese blended with no-fat Rosarita brand traditional refired beans pureed in a food processor until smooth. Creamy Mexican goodness without the fat!

This is just a basic, simple version. You can add almost anything to these to suit your taste. Chopped pickle, olives, japapeno, red onion, mustard or your favorite herbs/spices may be added.

When I was in Norway, I had this shrimp salad that was bright pink and totally delicious! I got a cookbook from IKEA recently and between several recipes for appetizers in there I have come up with this one.
A recipe of my Grandmother's. When I asked her for the recipe, she tells me there is no recipe. She states that all you have to do is make your white sauce (I double the recipe and add shredded cheddar cheese). Mix in your frozen vegetables and make the croutons! This is served at Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas at my Grandma's house. I do not know the actual name of the recipe but we have always called it crumbly corn.
A quick and less painless way to roll your own grape leaves for a light plentiful snack or appetizer! Rolling may take a while, but it's fun and worthwhile. This grape leaf recipe includes meat.
If you love the fast-food version, try this lighter shamrock shake instead!
