I love the fresh flavors in this salsa... I'm not a big fan of dressings that cover up the actual taste of vegetables, so I keep it "naked" and only use the lime juice to "dress it up"... If you must, you can add a couple of tablespoons of a fat-free italian vinaigrette, but then you'll need to account for those food values in addition to what I have listed below...
Cream shortening and Sugar
Add eggs one at a time, blend in
Add Molasses, blend in
In a separate bowl...
Mix together all dry ingredients,flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and ginger
Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
Roll into balls and and dip in granulated sugar. Use approx 2 tbsp dough for each ball.
Bake 350 degree for 14 minutes
not low cal, but I love it and will sacrifice other things to have a half cup
