3 cups cooked diced potato,3 tbls of calorie-wise Italian dressing,3 tbls of low fat mayonnaise,1 large cucumber diced,1 small onion diced, black pepper and cayenne to taste. Mix all together refrigerate for 1 hr. or when cooled and serve when ready.
This is a tasty low-cal and low-fat dressing that I generally toss with my salad. It's very thin and runny but adds flavor to the salad without adding a lot of calories.
