This is the quickest jam recipe ever! 10 minutes and you have oohh gooey delicious jam!! This makes about 1 1/4 cups of strawberry pleasure! It tastes so sweet and is so good in yogurt and oatmeal too!! Try it on waffles.
I got this recipe from Wanna Be Chef. I don't like Brussels Sprouts but I figured I'll give it one last shot, and besides it's got taste good with red wine in it! Yum!

All recipes for traditional soda bread contain flour, baking soda, sour milk (buttermilk) and salt. That's it!
This was a daily bread that didn't keep long and had to be baked every few days. It was not a festive "cake" and did not contain whisky, candied fruit, caraway seeds, raisins (add raisins and it becomes "spotted dog" not to be confused with the pudding made with suet of the same name), or any other ingredient.
Recipe is for a 1-1.5 pound loaf.
