As an ex chef I find no cooking is exact. Just get the vege crisper out of the fridge and see what you can add. The main consideration is to use a low fat Quark or Yoghurt and if you don't like Quorn Mince just leave it out. I only used 6 lasagne sheets in a really big meatloaf tin. Substitute Aubergine/Eggplant for the Lasagna sheets or the Sweet Potato. Hope you like it!

This is my attempt to recreate my mom's delicious stew. She used a beef blade cut which added lots of flavor and fat. In my version I used round which is a lot leaner and less flavorful. For a more intense flavor use oxo beef extract or, as in this recipe, add 4 oz of red wine!
