Makes two dozen Muffins
Substitute applesauce for oil. May use sugar substitute instead of brown sugar will save 15 calories per muffin. Use of one less banana will save an additional 7 - 10 calories per muffin. Instead of 87 calories per muffin this alteration to recipe would lower each muffin to approximately to 62 calories.
