These granola bars are delicious! They need to be refrigerated after they're made to stay fresh and they seem to taste better after they've been in the fridge for a few days. Enjoy!
These are really really good!!! Have them for a snack, or do what I do, which is have one before working out, and one before breakfast. I put 6 in a quart size ziplock bag and keep them in the freezer until I want them, then just keep one bag in the fridge. They are light, moist and REALLY good! :) Hope you enjoy!!
So easy! Preheat your oven to 350. Mix the pumpkin and egg whites first, till they are fully blended. Then, add spices, syrup, milk, and chips. Spoon mixture into 10 cupcake papers in a cupcake pan. If you LIKE, take 1/2 flakes of your favorite organic cereal and crumble on top. Bake for 40 min! Let them cool for 20 min in the fridge and ENJOY!

This recipe is a basic one - feel free to experiment with other spice mixes that you prefer!

This is a different take on Hummus. Can be a dip, or side. The recipe calls for Ritz Crackers but you can substitute Pita bread. Neither the crackers of pita bread is figured into the recipe. I used plain, home made hummus but you can use whatever flavor you like.
