My hubby isn't a breakfast guy, but he will gladly consume a smoothie every morning. The secret is the frozen banana! Otherwise, I mix it up every day and simply follow the basic formula of one cup fresh fruit + 1/2 c. frozen fruit and 1/2 frozen banana + 1/2 c. liquid. This is a yummy salad that is very flexible. Try subbing olive oil/balsamic vinegar as a dressing. Remember avocados are a little bit higher in the mono saturated (healthier) fats but also a great source of fiber! On the 2nd round of this salad, I tried adding dill and some rinsed, canned chicken. That was also good. Enjoy :)
