This is the first time I have made this recipe, so I am going to figure out how many calories are actually in it.
This is meat loaf made without the meat and with lentils and almonds instead. It was great! Reminded me of dressing sort of.

Except for the crust this pizza is homemade, so you can control what goes into it, where it was grown, and you can change the cheese to soy if you would like it to be non-dairy. It is a complete blast to make!
I make this salad as a replacement of more traditional pasta salads. It keeps well and tastes light and refreshing on hot summer days. I use whatever veggies are in the fridge and try to use as many colors as I can.
The great thing about berries is that if you freeze them, they don't lose their nutritional value! Using frozen berries in a smoothie gives it a great texture without needing to use thickening agents such as yogurt.

I got this recipe from "Diet 2010" magazine by Better Homes and Gardens. I am vegetarian, so I left out the chicken it calls for. This reduced the calories from 320 to 166.3!
