This is an exceptional recipe if you're looking for high protein, low fat. This and sauerkraut for your carb makes an awesome mini-meal or snack. Or for a bigger meal you could put it on a whole-wheat bun for your carb and sauerkraut for your veg.
Our very own Station 2 won the 2003 Austin Fire Department’s Healthy Wagon Contest with this very healthful and tasty lunch/dinner wrap. The judges included three experts—the Fire Department’s in-house health specialist, a local representative from the American Heart Association, and a member of the Mayor’s Council for Physical Fitness.
The department also sponsored an awards presentation at which we received a little red wagon, a healthy low-fat cookbook, a salad spinner, and fifty dollars to use for a future healthy wagon.

this is a really easy recipe that doesn't take too many ingredients and is a really tasty Sunday morning brunch. It does, however, require a cast iron skillet.
I love all things kale. When I saw Lacinato Kale (also called Tuscan or Dinosaur kale and Cavolo Nero) on my last trip to the grocery store, I knew I had to buy it and make this dish! I cooked pasta and added it to the dish. My favorites are Bionaturae whole wheat fettuccine and Garofalo whole wheat farfalle. The nutritional value for the pasta is NOT included in the recipe because there are so many varieties, so be sure to include whatever pasta you use as a separate item on your nutrition tracker.
Continuing on our mission to make our favorite meals healthier and still taste great, we decided to make a "Greek" style wheat pizza. this pizza avg over. 300 calories per slice at pizza places, ours is alot less! and I believe just as good.

I created these for my son, who was sick of eating eggs every morning. They were so fluffy and delish! I was so pleasantly surprised.
