The original recipe was for pancakes, but I make them in our Belgian Waffle maker, thus the number of servings is low and the size is high.
I also use olive oil instead of veg. oil so I get the good fats in my diet.

Saute shallot and onion in olive oil
add cooked pasta and toss

I've measured this recipe out and one serving is roughly 1/2 cup. It works well with normal (non-silken tofu) - actually it works a little better because it's not as delicate as silken. But use what you've got!
