Pretty Boiled Cabbage
We decided to mix it up a bit. I've made boiled cabbage for a long time, but wondered what would happen if I made it 50/50 with red cabbage. The red cabbage has a slightly more peppery flavor. The result was stupendous! Sweet and peppery, buttery and beautiful! For less calories you could probably reduce the butter by half.
