Crockpot Italian Recipes

I've always had a taste bud defect of only liking creamy soups. Thankfully, fat free half & half adds creaminess just as well as heavy cream.

I got the chicken recipe from someone else here on SP; I added the rice and broccoli to suit my family's taste.

Recipe calls for 2 cans of cream of chicken soup but I used 1 jar of Alfredo sauce instead. Can use any kind of pasta; I used what I had on hand.

i made this from taking ideas from 2 other recipes.
very yummy. i used only 2 chicken breasts when i made it, because i have such a small slow cooker and there was ALOT of sauce, so you can add more chicken with out changing the amount of other ingredients. the nutrient info is for 3 chicken breasts, 5 servings. i served this over whole wheat pasta ( not included in the calculations) there is plenty of this with just 2 chicken breasts. might also go well over rice or egg noodles. you can also use a whole 8 oz of fat free or 1/3 fat cream cheese, i did half and half (as is the nutrition info)

This yummy chicken is so easy, you just throw it in the crockpot and go!

Great shredded beef for sandwiches

I servce this over a slice of Italian bread and and add a tsp or so of A1. My husband enjoys adding some provolone or montery jack cheese.

This is SO good! It is best if you can be there to add things as directed, but I am sure it would be good if you put it in there all at once.
