Green chili chicken tortilla soup
This soup is very versatile you can adapt it to your personal taset by adding more or less peppers according to how spicy you like your food.Also depending on how thick you like it you can add more or less tortillas. In the past I have also added corn to it and it gives it an extra layer of flavor and crunch. ONCE SERVED YOU CAN GARNISH WITH SHREDDED CHEESE AND OR CHOPPED CILANTRO.
