Baked Chicken Thighs w/Honey Salsa Sauce
You can use boneless, skinless chicken thighs for this but for cost and taste reasons, I prefer buying regular chicken thighs and removing the skin and excess fat myself. Nutrition facts are calculated based on my preference, so they may be a little lower if you go the boneless, skinless route. Regardless, this is a very tasty way to eat baked chicken thighs.
