Jolyn's Chocolate Tofu Pudding
A healthy way to get your chocolate fix. Jolyn uses agave nectar and/or Splenda. I like to use agave nectar and different flavored Torani sugar free syrups, usually half chocolate and half whatever I have on hand. I have used coconut and raspberry so far. The calorie count is based on 2 tablespoons agave nectar and Torani sugar free syrup. Using 1/3 cup agave nectar, the calorie count increases to 224 calories per serving.
