I found this recipe in the Eat Clean Diet Cookbook by Tosca Reno. You would not believe that this dessert is made with tofu.
I made this for a BBQ and entered the recipe for the nutritional info. Although it is higher in calories it is a moist and yummy treat!

This is a easy to make brownie using bittersweet chocolate, low in calories and should satisfy all the chocolate lovers :) This soo good, little crusty or flaky on top and totally fudgy like in the center...pure deliciousness!!!

HG Heads-Up! Be sure that the cream cheese, yogurt, egg whites, and lemon juice are at room temperature. This will help to prevent cracks in your cheesecake.
HG Tip! The topping may run down the edges of the cake once the springform is removed. To catch all of that deliciousness, place the pan on a larger plate before removing the springform.
