*** The secret to this healthy and yummy cheesecake is 'Greek Yogurt' (Chobani, Fage, Oikos)! If you can't find it, use sour cream instead of regular plain yogurt.
2 ingredients, tasty and easy.
To cut the calories instead of using regular size cupcake pans - use the mini's- which you can get - 45 mini's - which of course would be 1/3 a serving each.
The easiest tofu pudding EVER! Makes a very thick and creamy pudding, especially if you use milk as the liquid. This recipe uses water as the liquid for lowest possible calorie information; this is how I always make it and it always turns out MARVELOUS.
This is a Jello recipe, but I substituted light or no fat ingredients. Still tastes great.
These cookies are healthy and yummy, and help boost milk supply in breastfeeding mothers!
Low carb treat for when you really want something sweet but don't want to blow your low carb diet.
My friend brought delicious zucchini bread to a potluck and I asked for the recipe. I tweaked the recipe a bit, making it a TINY bit healthier by using half regular flour, half whole wheat (both unenriched and unbleached) and by replacing the vegetable oil with applesauce. It still tastes PHENOMENAL! This makes 2 8x4 loaves. Cut it in half and you get 1!
These wholesome cookies are another version of the ever popular oatmeal cookie. They're a little high in calories, but still a nice treat every once in a while.
Surprisingly moist and delicious use of that bag of apples you have laying around every Fall! I haven't tried using all applesauce instead of the oil, but that could work though bake time/temp may need adjusting.
This cake begs to have fat free caramel drizzled over top, or whipped cream, or anything really. The original recipes calls for a cooked butter/sugar/cream mixtured spooned over top, but it's frighteningly calorie-laden.
