Yes, it's a lot of food - but they freeze beautifully after baking and microwave back to piping hot goodness in a matter of minutes. Not a "traditional" recipe by any means, but it's how my mom and I make them!

Char siu is a Chinese version of barbecue. Serve with sticky or long-grain white rice and a steamed or stir-fried medley of bell peppers, carrots, snow peas, sliced baby corn, and water chestnuts.
In medium bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, and onions. form into golf ball sized balls, and place on pam-sprayed cooling rack on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from rack and place in pan on stove over medium heat. Add soup, ketchup and worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in Sour cream and serve over brown rice or whole wheat "egg" noodles.
