This is great for summer get togethers and SUPER easy! I have another recipe on SP called Steph2003's Cheesecake Fruit Dip. I used that recipe, but instead of serving the fruit on the side I mixed it all together. Oh, and I also tried Vanilla pudding this time, but it just depends on what you like.

Makes 1/4 cup homemade poultry seasoning - entire container used in one recipe of Cornell Chicken (4 chicken leg quarters). Could likely calculate smaller servings like 1/2 tsp or to taste for other seasoning pirposss?
