An economical recipe that can usually be whipped up with what you have on hand at home. Substitute chicken, pork or beef for the shrimp for a versatile meal, or leave out the meat for a vegetarian meal.
This recipes uses my Crab & Shrimp Salad as a stuffing for the whole mushroom caps. I love serving this beside a perfectly grilled steak.
I normally use the stems of whole mushrooms in my Crustless Microwaved Seafood Quiche.
I am not a huge fan of tuna but this recipe is sooo yummy, that I will eat tuna!

Like a hamburger, but made with tuna. It's yummy, and if you a fan of Spongebob, the kids will love this.
These are great served with fresh steamed vegetables and oven-warm dinner rolls!
