Blueberry Orange Juice Protein Smoothie
This is a great way to add fruit and protein to your diet. This recipe was shared with me when I was doing a turbo jam bootcamp.
Frozen Blueberry Yogurt -
This a delightful, Protein Packed frozen treat that has nothing bad in it!!
You could also add some ground flax or chia seeds to this - just be sure to change the nutrition info.
Muffin in a cup
Spray cup with non-stick spray. Add margarine and microwave until melted. Add rest of ingredients and cook in microwave for 1 minute. Remove and enjoy!!
