I had this in an Equadoran restaurant and loved it so much. It tastes so fresh, and has little fat. Delicious for a party food.

Easy to make tortilla chips, though they have more of a consistency of tortillas-- chewy and soft. They can be made crispier, and work well as chips with any kind of dip!
