This is my favorite salad dressing, good with lettuce, baby greens, or any combination of cooled steamed vegetables and beans. If you've wanted to incorporate flaxseed in your diet, this is an easy and tasty way! Naturally contains omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B-12, C, and riboflavin. Makes 1 cup. (8 Servings of 2 Tbs each)
The combination of kohlrabi, daikon, carrots, and wasabi makes this the perfect accompaniment to a small dish of jasmine rice.
