A super-healthy, filling vegetarian salad. Great refrigerated or at room temperature.
This is one of my favorite foods ever! Its not a diet food, but I had to know how much calories it had in it before I could eat it. It is so yummy and lasts a long time in the fridge. It is perfect for family get togethers.
My Italian grandmothers served salad with almost every dinner and they never used store bought dressing. They both lived into their mid 90's.
