I am not able to have flour, so I substituted flour for almond meal. I also made large cookies, so you cam really many about 10 small ones to cut the calories.
I baked the pumpkin in advance, you may use canned pumpkin. I don't know if it will change the calories. The crust isn't tightly packed because I wanted to use as little butter as possable. You can leave out the canola oil if you like, I only use it for the healthy fats.
