My own take on coach Nicole's Lentil Loaf from Spark Recipes.
Probably not the best recipe, but a definite improvement of a family recipe where you can't really tell the difference - even though this has half the calories of the original.
This is an adaptation for a Cooking Light recipe to use some substituted ingredients when I couldn't find all the original items needed.
Absolutely amazing fudge! These taste like the best of the flour-less deep chocolate tortes, yet with a wonderful coffee & mint flavor (although this has some flour). Even non-dieters don't believe this is 'slimmed down!' This makes an absolutely HUGE recipe -- so I always cool them in the refrigerator, cut them & individually wrap them in saran wrap, then put any that I won't be using right away in a freezer ziploc bag & store them in the refrigerator or freezer.
Great Christmas cookie, because the glaze holds the sprinkles and makes a festive appearance.
I got this recipe from another site, Sandra Lee's but I subsituted with low fat cream cheese and splenda sugar. Smaller servings
This is one of our Christmas treats, versatile and good with breakfast, on a dessert tray, or as snack with hot drinks or eggnog. It can be cut into smaller pieces for appetizers or dessert trays.
SAme as all the low carb ground turkey recipes, just switched the cheese
