This is a slightly sweet dressing with a lot of flavor. It's great for BBQ's and formal events. I use this dressing with salads, spring rolls and as a marinade for BBQ. For salad use, it works well with the spring mix, chopped pecans or walnuts and dried cranberries. If you want to make a meal out of this salad add some grilled shrimp and 4 baked wonton wrappers.

this recipe is low fat, but not very low in calories, the calorie count is based on 1 cup serving size, if you can just eat 1/2 cup then it is not too bad....and it is really good. fix it for a large group then you wont be tempted to eat too much yourself
